I don't think you can guage "Normal" by me. FWIW I have a hard time knowing how I feel physically (and emotionally) as well.
Thankfully I don't have to do much parenting anymore, I'm just at the stage of accepting the damage I did and having the strength to improve/enhance those relationships now.
Sounds like you had a great session! I love laughing too. I don't get to do that much with T, so, of course, for my third posting today...."I'm jealous!"
