Yes, I think it's easier doing things for other people too. My parents used to rely on me sometimes to drive my brother to school. Maybe I could start that up again...
There is also a center downtown where people go to socialize. It's a really great program and I wish I went there more often but something holds me back and I think I need to talk to my T about it.
Helping other people is a GREAT idea Llurpsie, thank you for bringing it up. I recently went online and found the perfect volunteer opportunity helping kids.
I just feel like I need to talk to my T before I do some of these things. My T said something recently that I only see her for 50min of the week and the rest is up to me, something like that...I don't want to be dependent on her either. I should probably bring this up next time I see her. I think it's a way for me to procrastinate when I say I need to see her first.
