RSK,
Have you had any bloodwork done recently? If you don't feel depressed, it could be a number of things affecting your energy level. It could be your thyroid, low potassium, B12 or other vitamin deficiencies. If my thyroid med needs adjusted or my potassium is low, I don't have enough energy to stand up and I can barely talk. I take a multi-vitamin plus extra B and C vitanins. If I don't eat enough foods with potassium in them, then it drops. Lately, I've been buying water with vitamins in it at your favorite place (the grocery store). Go ahead...give me a cyber-slap. It comes in all different flavors and most of them taste pretty good. Just wanted to suggest this to you as an alternative to taking an AD or something to think about. Take care, my friend. Have a good weekend. It's supposed to hit 80 here for the first time since Oct. Hope the sun's shining where you are. Maybe some sunshine will do all of us some good. Let's HOPE. Hugs
