everything, absolutely everything is just somehow how it was before, and every thought as you think it is already a repetition
everything I see has been seen exactly the same before, experienced exactly the same way before
the fear is not a reaction to it, it is part of it, pure fear. I can't get myself out of it generally, but I sometimes feel that if I shift my attention somehow I can suck myself back out of it. For a while though, I am just out of it, not able to respond properly.
