(((Phillippa))): I am so sorry. We need to cry in order to heal (I haven't been able to cry in over 3 years).....

I read (and it makes sense); that different kinds of tears have different chemicals...tears of pain and sadness contain a chemical component that is literally healing.

Does a sad movie or music make you cry? Sometimes the pain is just too deep for tears.

What is your sadness?
