These are just some random thoughts, for myself as much as anyone else.
Crying is one of those interesting things (like laughing) we do that are hard to describe.
Crying will always hurt, but there are way more painful states than crying.
It's a sort of melting with pain kind of thing, maybe a sort of letting go, maybe therefore a particularly useful way of being for people whose will is overdeveloped, as it is for so many of us.
I wonder if by crying whether one feels as if the world still contains goodness and beautiful things, in spite of the pain?
Then of course there are drugs (like benzos) that may not help.
