Thanks *so* much for your long and thoughtful post.
You articulate this process so well. I will keep revisiting this post as a resource. It's just all so hard I feel like I can hardly take it. This morning I am unable to swallow. It's like, if I relax enough to swallow I'll start sobbing. And where is she? I'll be alone.
