Hmmm, guess thats what was running thru my mind reading your posts above. MPD/DID and associated disorders on that continuum of dissociation.
Its so incredibly complex, confusing, hard.
I don't know the answers.
Do you have an experienced T? One that has some grasp on dissociation? Not all T's do.
One aspect of dissociation involves depersonalization(feeling your not real, or you body is changing) and derealization(the world is not real).
There are medications (not my first choice though) that can help if your spinning out of control.
And a good T can help you to find ways to manage and cope w/your symptoms, get more stable feeling.
I hope you can find yourself a good T.
