building yourself of self improvement journal

i started one, i've had alot in the past but i just yakked and yakked about my frustration and is repelling to read. So i think getting a journal, and using intellect, and create like a map, of your feelings and results of what they caused, not even that just like anylzing your past, and know yourself inside out, creatign a structure to improve and have a place when something happens, you can write in your journal, use your intellect, and find a goal plan, classify all feelings, and don't over study it, just have it written down like a data log of internal activity.

But never focus totally on anylzing feelings or emotions, it will make you go crazy, you won't be connected to the external world and cause a small form of insanity, live life, enjoy your pleasures but find a structure to write the feelings, and don't act on things that will have consequences, or if you do just....write what internally will happen, and just make a self-comfort system, not getting prideful, and a improvement, and improvement to even the self-help system, grow, start from a jounral and then realize that you can grow into new postive emotions and see life diffrently and think diffrent....

it takes a while to break out of a mindstate, sometimes drugs do that by altering nuerotransmitters in the brain, and your altered for a while but it comes back baseline.....new way to see things takes time to move away from old minsets....

i've walked away from things that i embarrased myeslf, doing something stupid,in real life, i'm a dork, there's no question about taht..... eve if i try to act cool i still look like dork, i say things sponstanouly that are funny and not know it, there's been countless times of walking away being silent saying to myself i will never be him anymore.....i will be new

alot of times it's easy to avoid a task that requires work, and unpleasant effort, like people losing weight, it's not fun getting on that treadmill and then push the limits to get a good body, it takes work, and endure unpleasant feelings but .... the best thing to believe is it will work out for the better, because it's a goal. So, not changing who you are, but modifying and making some improvements, when i was young i didnt like who i was, people always told me to be yourself, it didnt .... i had to become someone else because no one liked me, they got annoyed, irritated, it just ... i had to become new, and i understand the pain of it, but it can happen and you can become the person you want, it's just take mind work and un-brainwashing learned mindsets

So.....simple, get a journal, say this will be my "feelings" textbook, to study and know how to learn and improve. But don't forget, don't do this all the time, you have to live life and can't be constantly anylzing every move and feeling, it will make you lose your sanity.

Maybe get a chapter, because all change that comes with personality and character come from within the mind and spirit.
