What do you mean by depth therapist? Psycho-dynamic therapy? Psychoanalysis (which seems to me to be a total waste time)?I don't know how things are in Germany, but in the US it does take some research. Therapists just license themselves as therapists, without specifying if they do CBT, DBT or psycho-dynamic. My experience is that psychiatrists are more likely to do psychodynamic therapy (if they do therapy), while social workers are more likely to do CBT/DBT. Psychologists, I don't know - have never seen one - but I imagine they are all over the map.
I guess just call people and ask?
