Dating sb with social anxiety, someone like me?

So a girl from close by chatted me up on a dating website. She seems nice and gave me her whatsapp. We have been chatting for a week. She seems to have social anxiety in a very similar way like I do. She brought it up.

What are the pros and cons of dating somebody with the same symptoms? I guess it would be nice to be understood for a change
