I can relate to the *Quick* aspect....I try to avoid anything that makes me work too hard or long....SighOk the program is called *Smart Diary* and it is basically a simple journal program in which you tic off a pic of your mood before you start writing. The program will track your input and then you can look at a graph and or print it out.

If the website above does not work, I think I got it at either Downloads.com or ZDNet.com It is a freeware program and not very big.
