I dropped out of treatment for MPD(now DID) in 1988. I did the opposite of what therapists said I should do, so please remember that. If you have a doctor you trust, I encourage you to listen to your doctor and not to me. Having said that, I told my psychiatric history in a thread about dissociation in 1999.
