I've been on effexor now for eight months, had to slowly increase because of side-effects, past four months at 150mg. And I would have to say that I'm still improving. I also have been seeing a psychologist for the past three years. This combination is working for me finally, but if you look at the time frame it's not a quick fix.

As you get better and older, it'll just be a bleep on your timeline. So easy to say in hindsight! : )
