Hi

Yes.

Yes.
> 3. If Yes, than how often? (once a week, two times a week, once a month, as needed)
Depending on how I'm doing (and travel schedules), anywhere from once a week to once or twice a month.> 4. And, what kind CBT only, group, whatotherkindsarethere?
Individual, not group. Style, no one style in particular, but many elements of CBT. Whatever tactics seem to be helpful for what stage I'm at.

As the therapist says, *everyone* has baggage. Just part of being human. I think if you're vulnerable to mood disorders, then dealing with that baggage can be very helpful in managing your illness. In addition to cleaning out cognitive problems, she helps me think of really good practical/logistical ways to manage through bad episodes.Emme

Let's face it, if we were all doing wonderfully well, we probably wouldn't be here. It's been my observation that most of the people here are at least somewhat treatment resistent meds-wise and prone to relapses. Therapy, at least on a longer term basis, may be more necessary for someone in that category than for someone facing a situational depression who responds well to traditional monotherapies.
