Well, a little about me, I am 24 and have had depression and anxiety starting mostly since I was 12. Things have gotten way better than they used to be, though. I've tried a lot of treatments over the years, I seem to be treatment resistant and side effect prone. Right now I'm really getting into exercise and eating right, which is helping. Well, that's a basic summary of my story!
