I can imagine that could be annoying. I'm curious if you hear music in your dreams too? I occassionally get a song stuck in my head, and in real life can't remember the words but it's there. Though that is nothing like what you are experinencing. Could it be some form of epilepsy? I don't know much about such stuff. Has it always been there or did it start at a certain age? I probably can come up with a million questions if you don't mind answering them and perhaps you can gain some insight through my nosiness. I'll post again in a few days once I reach my destination and get caught up on my sleep.
