I guess this may be the wrong time for me to answer this, Tina. I *know* it will pass, but I don't *feel* it will pass.
If it helps any, my therapist says the trick at times like these is to shorten your field of vision. Don't look inot the future filled with days like this. Just look at this day, and what you need to do to get through it.
