I agree that the Ham-d, Ham-a, CGI, Madrs, and loads of other scales are not necessarily the best way to assess a patient, and nothing can compare to reality and lives like in a Dr's practice, but are you serious? There needs to be at least a general starting point for testing, whether its the FDA in the US, or another regulating agency in another country...at least the earlier mentioned scales offer a start. I like your ideas for future testing, but is this in the near future or a ways off? What else would you suggest to implement that is practical today?
(PS. If all companies look at the same scales, aren't they a least on the same playing field for an "even" comparison?)
