I must be in a decent mood today, I'm wearing my favorite color. There are days when I look at that blouse and say there is no way I can wear that this week. It winds up being a barometer. Bad days it's just jeans or neutral pants and a pull-on shirt. Days I care, It might be a dress, nice slacks and a blouse which will need to be ironed. Kind of wierd to wear the blouse, I'll have to iron it and that isn't fun anymore.
Another way to get wall coloring is buy yards of material (usually cheaper than sheets). If your walls have flat paint on them and are not speckled you can use suction cups on the top of the wall and slit holes at the top. Actually I do my bulletitn boards at school with material.
Red is a shouting color and great for distracting you (and terrible for learning disabled -- way to distracting). Yellow has a tendency to be bright and alert you (definitely good for dark days). For learning disabled individuals the ideal color is light, pale blue.
