Does anyone else experience this?....

When I wake up in the morning I have an extreme amount of energy. I make all the beds in the house, clean up from the night before, scrub floors etc. Within 2 hours I am done for. On top of the energy, I shake uncontrollably, until I take my meds, then the shaking subsides some. I usually shake most of the time. Sometimes alot sometimes a little. I almost always have a nervous stomach.
