I just read your original post and remember all to well the hoops you must jump thru in the beg. It will get easier on you eventually. I had looked into nursing at one point and realized that I was too scared of goofing up and killing someone ( talk about self-esteem issues).
Actually, though, the math that you may have seen on the website may be for "general education requirements". And yes it can be a pain. I too am terrible in math, but the main math class for nursing( the one th3e really would count for you) is just converting medication dosages. It might seem trickey but I just sat in Borders Books and read enough that even I thought I could do it!!
One thing to think about, which I found very interesting, is psych. nursing...heck you know the meds already and would be able to do a great deal of good by being able to really understand a bit of what the patient is going thru.
