I've been on Topamax for a long time. It really does get better with time. It takes some longer than others though. Seems like there's always a trade off though when you start a new med, one thing gets better (hopefully), another gets worse. I love the job you're conjuring up for me, especially the back-stab free part. Where I work now, everytime I drink a glass of water I leak like a sieve (sp?).
