Delusional Disorder - Sub-type Paranoia

Anyone here have any personal experience, or clinical for that matter, with Delusional Disorder of the paranoid nature. This would include hullucinations and their psychological ramifications. I am interested in hearing from both sufferes and those that support them. I fall into the latter catagory, coping with my husband's very vivid experiences for the last 9 months.

Thanks for any help at all. I am new here.
