Of course, that's cheating because it's not from posting.
Yup, I think I know what some posters sound like although I'd be surprised I'm sure, if I heard anyone else.
I like reading the British posters because of the subtle word differences used - like "going on holiday" instead of "vacation". They just sound so much cooler than I do.> So what do I sound like?
Dinah, I feel like you have a vey soothing, caring quality to your voice. Maybe medium to high pitch? And although you comment on your insecurities, i think that people you talk to don't sense that at all.
Don't argue because we all have different perceptions of our own voices. Man, I hate to hear my voice on the answering machine. My voice is...well somebody guess!>I rarely do with books either.
It's funny; I always do with books. Then I was completely freaked out after seeing "The Hours" because most of them sounded just like I had imagined they would from reading the book. The men on the board- I have NO idea.
Most of them are falsettos (sp?) probably...I'm kidding guys, I am totally kidding! It's the Demerol talking.
