That's Percy Bysshe Shelley, "To a Skylark." (I think these lines were also in the liner notes to the Cure's Wish album; evidently Klonopin-induced memory loss hasn't kicked in yet.)

I write poetry too, it's my great passion in life :)And maybe it's why I've been depressed all my life
