Sounds like you've had a pretty crappy day. I'm really sorry to hear that :(. I know what you mean about it taking a crisis to get motivated. I haven't always been that way, but I am now and I'm not sure how to get out of that cycle. So, unfortunately I don't have any constructive advice for you.
I don't know if this would help you, but there is an anti-addiction function on this site so that you can set how much you can refresh the pages or something like that. I don't use it - probably should, though.
Please take care of yourself and let me know if there's anything I can do to help. I hope your back to feeling better soon.
