This is really good advice. I've done it and found out the thing they didn't like was the salary I wanted. They actually hired someone for less than I was already making. But its good to find out these things. I'm working, but I've been searching for a new job since Nov of last year. By this I mean sending out resumes to every want ad I can in my profession, both online and in the paper, at least every week or so. I've probably sent out 1000 resumes. Out of those I've gotten 6 responses and only one actual interview. I've talked to other people who are having the same problem. It really is the economy. So just stay strong and keep on sending those resumes. Good luck!
