I'm afraid

I know I have issues
I'm a little too literal
Too picky with phrasing
Too incomprehensible
Too much into stuff that nobody gives a sh*t about or understands anyway.
I want to say 'I can't help it'
But I probably can
And possibly...
I should.
But then...
Who am I
???
I do feel like a cardboard cut out sometimes
A stereotype
But the others are no better
And we are mutually inconsistent
So what is to be done?
Maybe I need a holiday.
To do what?
To work on my thesis
sigh
Theres no hope for me
