hmm.
we made baileys icecream once...
well... we had a couple gos at it.
the first time... the recipe really didn't have very much baileys in it at all so we doubled it... or trebled it... or something ;-)and so it didn't freeze properly.
so we tried again according to directions. i think... we had to take it out of the freezer and food process it briefly every couple hours until it was properly set to stop it seperating...
maybe...
you could just chuck yoghurt in the freezer and do that every couple hours???maybe...
?
