But common sense should prevail. You'd know that one butter tart would not sufficient food for five days. 5 times 2000 cal/day.

They come in nut flavours, I think, just to satisfy the people who ask for them that way. Sultana raisins, pre-plumped in a bit of hot water. That's what I use.
