Everyday I am faced with choices. A choice to get out of bed in the morning, to eat breakfast, to be productive and get a job, to socialize, etc.
Lately I have been yoyo-ing from making good choices and bad choices. For instance a couple of weeks ago I went to my friend's house and to yoga class. I had an interview too.
This past week though, I cancelled another interview I had, didn't go to yoga, didn't volunteer, and didn't socialize. And after I make these negative choices I feel bad, and yet, I still make those choices sometimes.
Sometimes, it is anxiety that keeps me from making good choices. But I don't want to blame anxiety or use it as a chrutch.
My goals for this week:
1. go to therapy
2. go to yoga
3. work on my resumeThere are other things I want to do also, but I am thinking I could start out small and then if there's more I can do, that would be great.
