Oh yeah strippers and cops are definately night people.
A cop that has been on the nightwatch for years is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. in my opinion. Very tolerant, less "this is my world and you just live in it" and very very protective of his folks. Night cops know the regulars and the ones looking to them harm. It's nice. It's a family really.
It seems like all of the outcasts from the day end up in the night world. Imagine if a bunch of strippers walked into Chili's at 6:00 pm.
But they fit right in at 3:30 am in the waffle house, they aren't judged, they are just people earning a living.
I must admit, I've been fascinated by this dichotomy for years and years. I used to be really afraid of the dark, but I've learned, just like most things, it is inhabited by some really good, albeit commonly misunderstood, things.
