I'm certainly not one to advise, but IMHO, rather than worry about your weight - which is quite low - maybe what you are really wanting to do is firm up some muscle? Have you tried a personal trainer?

Hmmmm - as to a personal trainer - the thought of actually DOING something is way too uncomfortable for me. My goal is to get doing Tai Chi again. I began in Nov, but had a minor car accident - a guy rear-ended me. When I tried to go back, I couldn't translate 'seeing' the moves demonstrated, to me 'doing' them. I'd been able to do it before. My chiropractor says that the damage in my neck probably resulted in a nerve still not functioning properly.

I wonder if Tai Chi tones? I suspect it does. I love it.
