After the video has finished playing, it will be saved to the "temporary internet files" folder of your browser as an *.swf file (shockwave flash). It will be large (many megabytes) so easy to spot from amongst the hundreds of other files in the folder (for example, sort the files by size).
Copy this file to a convenient folder, and download a freeware *.swf player to play it with, and voilą!
Disclaimer: it may be illegal to permanently save movies to your hard drive in this way, depending on the type of movie.
