LOL I forgot about this post, I posted it weeks ago in the wrong place. lol
Well the sushi was good, the rice wasn't cooked all the way, so it was crunchy sushi! But her book says making the proper rice takes years to perfect. lol
Thanks everyone. I am really proud of my kids, all the hard work has been paying off, they are great kids, really.
