My irrational fear

I think my fear of jumping off the Golden Gate bridge is an irrational fear. I want to live until I am very old. I am planning and looking forward to the future. There is no reason to think I would kill myself.
I just get scared. I really don't want to die.
Stupid intrusive thoughts.
I think I will just avoid going to the Golden Gate Bridge altogether.
