I stopped using sugar in my coffee a few years ago. I only use artificial sweeteners now. I was happy and eating them. I am using them more now. I put 4 packets of Splenda in my oatmeal and 4 in a large coffee.
I was using them a lot before I got sad though, that is probably not it.
