Jay needs help.......woman probs (again.!)

Okay, so I met this lady who is close to my age, and is a nurse. We met a few times, and ya we fooled around a bit. I honestly felt it all went a bit too fast. But, I also felt a bit uncomfortable, like I don't want to be batten down in a relationship, and I think that is (a relationship) what she wants. I am going back to school in January to re-train in a different career field, and want to be free to just focus on that. So, should I just come out and say it, or?
