Sorry that your feeling bad and there's nothing badder than that.
I stumbled across a word that i haven't thought of in years, introvert. there are online test's to see what you are. you may be well aware of that already.
I felt depressed because i know i should go out more because my friends told me to. "meet new friends." you will be fueling your depression at home." But depression fuels depression. I love going out occasionally but i leave early. I worked for decades and when i got home i was too wasted because of dealing with people all day. so, i needed time to remember what i've always been.
introverts don't think that way. we do get out and love talking to extroverts, but not long. We can give a speech to a thousand people but are bored to death with the one on one chit-chat afterwords.
that's what i have been thinking about lately. i feel freedom. I love to write like no real job i had before. SSDI has saved a big part of my life.
