i mean everything, really, is an inference away, from the core.

elbows and knees... is it tai kwan do? that does elbow and knee strikes?

elbows and knees are fairly key. if you can elbow and knee properly then the follow through (wrists and ankles) is fairly straightforward...

but if you work to train wrists and ankles... it becomes counter-productive.

like...

if you train maximum cleans and jerks and snatches all the time... then you won't be able to do various things... like... any abdominal contraction. you will eliminate it with large muscle recruitment because it always will be the weakest link.

there is this thing about... how you can train core every day...

but, of course, it depends on how you train it.

the ability to hit a full body extension or flexion... can't be sustained for any great length of time by nature of the movement...

but there is an endurance thing...

that prohibits you smashing down on... inadequate recuitment. perhaps.

or perhaps crossfit is a consiracy of physiotherapy development. hmmmmm.. perhaps.... hmmm...
