friday night and booze..

i came out on the other side of a friday night completely sober....
hubby brought home a 40 of cc (at my request)
and i had only one drink..it took me hours to drink it and while i was i asked myself" there has go to be another way to slow down my thoughts, keep the pain from setteling in?"
i cried all night long but i was sober!!!
my eyes are puffy today...
my sole is at peace.
