Hi Eddie...is Remeron that prescription pill that I keep seeing on TV for IBS with constipation? You know, the one where they show all these women lifting their shirts to show their bloated bellies? It sounds familiar, but I could be wrong.

That's very similar to how I used to feel. About 15-60 minutes after getting up, my stomach would just be a gnawing hole of pain. I also would sometimes get intense pain an hour or two after eating. I had ~$25K worth of tests done with no findings. It kind of waxed and waned in intensity for years, and I lost a lot of weight. Recently, I was prescribed *Remeron*, and lo and behold, the problems rapidly went away. I don't know if it was due to some direct effect on my digestive tract, or secondary to alleviating anxiety, but it worked incredibly well, where countless other drugs (Effexor, Celexa, Serzone, Prevacid, Axid) failed.
