I'm doing really well, thanks for asking. I haven't touched a drug (including alcohol) since Dec. 1st, and on Jan. 1st I quit smoking cigarettes, too. I kinda used cigs to replace the drugs for awhile so I was smoking WAY too much. But now I'm off those, too, and sick as a dog (I think from quitting) but I feel STRONG. SOLID. It's really cool.
Yesterday, I found two coke-caked straws in my couch and had a moment where I really wanted to scrape and snort them, but instead I threw them in the garbage.
I'm drinking lots of water and writing a lot and cooking and eating and playing guitar. Watching TV. I also don't have a job so I have lots of free time (which is both good and bad, I suppose, but you'd think it would make quitting drugs especially hard -- actually, it's the reason I quit -- because I didn't have anything to stop me from using all the time).
