they are closely related benzos.

Think of these other options:

Anxiety: SSRIs, Buspar, Effexor, anticonvulsants - exercise, meditation.

Try not to kid yourself on this one. Ativan is reinforcing, and I have taken it by prescription.

Don't even thing of the different names or slightly different half-lives. A benzo is a benzo.

Your doctor knows you have this addiction history?
