There is really nothing you can do without a warning of at least 14 days. Teas, remedies, myths do not work. The best you can do at this point is flush out his system with liquids starting the night before. He should drink 1qt. of water before bed, everytime he gets up to pee he should drink another qt. Then start off with cramberry juice, about a qt. an hour. Then right before your piss appointment drink as much water as you can out of a gallon jug until you have to pee again. Right after you pee go to your appointment and wait to pee again (I guess he will give his sample to some weirdo who looks at penises all day with white gloves)
The point of doing all this is to get a clean passage of liquids going that hopefully they will bypass fatty cells, where THC builds up.
