Might this be indicative of something more serious, or is it nothing to worry about? It's the kind of pain such that you might experience sleeping awkwardly in bed for a prolonged period of time.

> Anyhow -- I am in relatively good shape, go to the gym regularly, eat moderately well, and have done cocaine about five times in two months after a couple years off. Aside from that itself, obviously a problem, anything to worry about re: that pain? Like, I can't really turn my head to the left easily. Is this a symptom of a cocaine induced heart or cardiovascular problem? An aneurysm not yet burst, or something worse?

Drug addition sucks.hello amd, good to see you...i am going out on a limb here in asserting that there are no publications concerning cocaine use and neckache...let me suggest an experiment to rule out your hypotheses: stop doing cocaine for a bit and see if the troubles disappear. if they do, refrain from cocaine use. if they do not, refrain from cocaine use, purchase a new pillow, and visit your GP. all the best, chemist
