Yep, I know drinking is not an option. I quit before and have again. When a thought comes up, even a twinge of a thought I remember all the negative things that have come with it. I have to say I feel real good about moving away from drinking. The sky is blue today, I'm going to enjoy it without the pain and depression of drinking.
