No, cigarettes admittedly a pretty foolish idea for allergy remedy!Problem with airconditoners and dehumidifiers is how easily those systems end up full of mold, or just blow the same molds around-and if one can't use antihistimines, the usual advice is "make sure your air is clean..." that sort of thing. All of those nasal sprays and tablets such as Benedryl are not for use with any MAOIS, including EMSAM, unfortunately. I guess that is a major downside to taking EMSAM- so many common drugs are still considered too dangerous and can't be used concurrently with it or within several weeks of using it.
I get typical respiratory allergy symptoms with molds and dusts and pollution: harder to breath, tired, inflamation.
