Hi ClearSkies,

Seems we blot out our emotions for so long that when we let them out, they d*mn well come out when they bloody well please.

I was w/ a girlfriend visiting her dying mother in the hospital years ago.

We were out in a common area and an older lady patient approached us. She was pulling around an IV carrier thing and was obviously quite ill herself.

She asked what we were doing there and my gf said she was visiting her mother who was dying. She asked me and I said I was there, you know, to be there.

This total stranger looked me in the eye and said,"You run well on a muddy track."

I made a b-line to the men's room. I didn't cry when I got there, I wept..a lot.
When someone is unexpectantly nice to me I lose it.

Sorry for the long post. You are doing so well, ClearSkies. In it's own way, today just added proof to that.

Your bud...Phil
